This is a15-20 minute complimentary phone consultation to determine if we are the right fit for your therapeutic needs.

Working with individuals and providing support to their loved ones. 

This is the first one-on-one appointment with a staffed therapist to further determine and plan your therapeutic needs.

We offer virtual recovery support groups. The subject will change accordingly but  in the past we have done groups regarding Self-Esteem, Recovery Management, etc. 

After being assigned to a clinician these individual therapy sessions will either be weekly or bi-weekly where you can work one-on-one together.
