How Do I Schedule An Appointment With TFS?

We welcome prospective clients. TFS will conduct a complimentary 15 minute outreach call for prospective clients to answer any questions about treatment and to determine if we are a good fit for therapy. Upon contacting our practice one of our staff members will reach out to obtain all information, explore insurance benefits (if applicable) and review fees and then schedule with appropriate clinician with openings.

What Is The Cost Of Therapy And Do You Take Insurance?

Yes. TFS Licensed Clinicians are all in-network with most major insurances. We are happy to help you navigate the insurance process and can verify, check benefits, and make you aware of fees for services. We also encourage clients to please find out what insurance plan you have before we schedule your first session so that we can assist you accordingly. TFS can also provide detailed receipts (called "superbills") for patients with out of network benefits, which they can submit to their insurance for reimbursement. Many “PPO” plans allow out of network services. Be sure to verify whether you have out of network benefits, as these are not included in all plans.

For self-pay clients we charge $150-$200 for individual sessions depending on the clinician. We are happy to discuss private pay/non covered rates and provide a sliding scale when needed.

How Are You Matched With A TFS Staff Therapist?

Upon contacting our practice one of our staff members will contact you to provide you with intake paperwork. After completing the paperwork, we will then pair you with one of our licensed therapists. Clients are matched with clinicians based on clinician availability, client and clinician schedules, client needs, and clinician specialties. Our staff are licensed providers in the state of PA, NJ, DE, FL and NY (coming soon). TFS staff are all telehealth certified to practice telehealth.
